extrude the grid

adjust the grid

Adjust the grid again using:
- full facade division
- points on the interior corridor (ellipse on mid height level)
- core position
- last floor preimeter

split the perimeter with the grid on a brick pattern : green with green, blue with blue

use simple flow for all module components
